Shenzhen Razlon had successfully gotten PVC membership card project from Nigeria at the beginning of the April, 2022. When we got this inquiry, we just took three days to finished different printing sample for three time, at lasting effort, we got very high appreciation for the card printing effect and fastest feedback for each requirement of card color. After the sample finished, there is another challenge following to us, that is the leading time. For 200,000 pcs of pvc card with personalization, we need to finished them within 8 days. How can our factory do it? How? It is really hard question for us. No factory can finished them at such short time, except the factory only do this order. After our team discussion, we decided to agree the lead time with the client and finished and shipped them within 8 days.
Each colleague did their best to do well on his position, and every one did not work until 24:00 am to finish each process as much as they can, after all efforts we did, we finished and shipped 200K pcs of card on time (on eighth day). The client made a thumb to us, we also gave us a big ZAN for each one of us.
We thanks our client for this different working experience, and motivated us more energy to finish the impossible things. We believed that nothing is impossible!
