Q: What is the lead time for non-shaped key tags?
A: As usual the lead time is 8-10 days for 5000pcs of the epoxy card. If over 5000pcs, it takes around 10-12 days.
Q: Whether the non-shaped key tag is easy to produce or not?
A: No. The non-shaped key card is more difficult than the CR80 common card because it is more process to produce for the key chain cards. After punching, we need to use another punching tooling to make the shaped card you want, and also make sure the tooling is good enough to cut the edge well.
Q: How many punching tools do you have?
A: We have more than 500 sets of punching tools, for key chain cards, we have more than 30 sets, which tools are used any business lines. then daily capacity is 100,000 pcs of key cards.
Q: Whether we can have a sample before mass production?
