Any kind of chips can be embedded and more material can be printed on the epoxy cards. The epoxy key card has dustproof, waterproof, no bubbles, clean as glass, good three-dimensional sense. The epoxy key card is used for system management(credit, membership and consumption, and so on), one-card transportation payment, production identity, university management, community management, access control, identification, transportation, and so on. The new epoxy process will enhance the enterprise image, which is the smart choice for promotion activities.

For epoxy key card production, it is more difficult than CR80 common plastic card, because there is a higher requirement for the production environment. The glue on the card is needed to have a cleaning room in to produce the clean and no dust pot epoxy card. This epoxy card must have a clean card body, then no dust on the card is required when transferring the card body to the gluing process. If we can’t make the glue on the card dry in a short time, then we must keep the card with glue in the cleaning room for 24 hours. If there is a cloud of dust during the drying process, then the card will be rejected because of the dust issue. We can’t move the dust off when the glue solidified. And the worker must wear anti-dust cloth during production time to avoid dust. In this case, we need a strict QC to check the epoxy card.

Epoxy cards used the same material as CR80 common PVC card, but we need a glue dispenser to finish the glue process. We have 4 units of glue dispensers to finish 100,000 pcs of epoxy cards the daily capacity.

Q: What is the epoxy card?

A: We called epoxy card, also called crystal card because card looking, looks like crystal, and is very beautiful. It is glittering and translucent. There is one layer of glue on the top of the card, then we called it an epoxy card. Actually, the function of the card is the same as the CR80 pvc card, but the looking is more attractive beautiful.

Q: What is the lead time for the epoxy card?

A: As usual the lead time is 7-9 days for 5000pcs of the epoxy card. If over 5000pcs, it takes around 8-10 days.

Q: Whether the epoxy card is easy to produce or not?

A: No. The epoxy key card is more difficult than the CR80 common card because it is more process to produce for the epoxy card. After producing the card body, the glue will be followed. More processes and more time will be needed for the epoxy key card.

Q: How many glue dispensers do you have?

A: We have four glue dispenser machines, the daily capacity is 100,000pcs of the epoxy key cards. It is the biggest capacity for the epoxy card in the current market.
