What are the purposes of plastic card printing and proofing? What aspects should be paid attention to when proofing?
Basically, there are two main purposes of plastic card proofing: to provide basic parameters for batch printing of plastic cards, making subsequent printing operations more standard and standardized; the other is to check whether there is a color difference between the original and the plastic card samples, and whether the printing quality meets the expected requirements.
When proofing, it is not only required to carry out under normal process conditions, but also need to pay attention to the following aspects:
1. It is strictly forbidden to increase the ink concentration to increase the color vividness of the printed plastic card;
2. The primary color ink should be proofed after adding a certain amount of diluent, and try to use as little as possible the ink that has been used many times, especially the contaminated ink for proofing;
3. For spot color ink, it must be stirred evenly before use;
4. Try to achieve the normal printing speed when proofing;
5. If conditions permit, after confirming the basic color of the sample, print a certain number of products first, then take a sample to confirm it as a standard sample, and record and save it.
