The time for making plastic cards should be calculated according to the number of sheets. For example, to make 500 plastic cards, we have such a process, please see the following:

1. When the customer places an order, if the customer prepares the picture source file of the plastic card, they can directly send it to us, then hand it over to the statistics, and then design the typesetting. After the typesetting is completed, the film will be released. Customers can reduce a lot of time by preparing the image source files beforehand. Note that the day the customer places the order is not included in the delivery period.

2. After the ps board is finished, it will be sent directly to the offset printing department, and the offset printing department is responsible for printing.

3. After the offset printing is completed, it will be sent to the synthesis department. If there is a signature strip, it will also be sent to the silk screen printing department.

4. Then it is sent to the punching department, and after it is flushed, it is sent to the password department for related procedures.
